Effective date: May 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Main Ave Design collects and uses information. By using this website, submitting a mini-brief, emailing us, reviewing a proposal, approving a draft, or working with us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

This website is intended for business inquiries and adult decision-makers. It is not intended for children, and it should not be used to send sensitive personal information unless a secure method has been specifically approved.

1. Information we collect

Main Ave Design collects limited information that you choose to provide or that is automatically created when the website loads.

2. How we use information

Main Ave Design uses information to operate the website, respond to inquiries, prepare mini-briefs, create proposals, deliver approved services, maintain records, improve quality, protect the website, and comply with obligations.

Main Ave Design does not sell personal information. Main Ave Design does not use submitted client information to send unrelated mass marketing.

3. When information may be shared

Information may be shared only as needed to operate, provide, protect, or document the services.

Third-party providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing third-party providers used for your own business website and accounts.

4. Cookies, fonts, hosting logs, and analytics

This site may use basic technical features required to load pages, prevent abuse, and understand website performance. Hosting providers such as Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request logs, security signals, cache information, and related technical data.

This site may load fonts or assets from third-party providers, including Google Fonts. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when their assets load.

If analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps, scheduling widgets, payment tools, or other tracking services are added later, they should be disclosed and configured before launch. You can usually limit cookies through your browser settings, but some site features may not work as expected.

5. Retention

Main Ave Design keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including inquiry response, project delivery, accounting, legal, dispute, security, quality review, and business recordkeeping.

Project files, approvals, invoices, and communication records may be kept after a project ends so the work can be supported, disputes can be resolved, obligations can be met, and prior decisions can be understood. If you ask for deletion, Main Ave Design will review the request and delete or anonymize information when it is reasonable and not required for legitimate records or obligations.

6. Security

Main Ave Design uses practical administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a small website studio. No website, email, form, host, or internet transmission is perfectly secure, and Main Ave Design cannot promise complete security or uninterrupted availability.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, private customer lists, protected health information, or other sensitive information through ordinary forms or email. If a project requires sensitive access or data, a safer transfer method should be agreed in writing before sending it.

7. Your choices and requests

You may contact Main Ave Design to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information you provided. You may also ask questions about how information is used or ask to stop non-essential communications.

Some information may need to be kept for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, anti-fraud, backup, or service-record reasons. Main Ave Design may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request, especially if the request concerns a business account or client project.
